Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vossure mobile app and website and your participation in the Vossure community. By applying for membership, creating an account, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Vossure is a members-only community for men committed to discipline, responsibility, integrity, and personal growth.

Membership

Membership is by application and approval. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Membership is personal to you: you may not share, transfer, or sell your account or access to the community. You must be at least 18 years old to apply, and you agree to provide accurate information in your application and keep your account information current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Dues and Billing

Membership requires payment of dues. Dues are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, under its own terms; Vossure never sees or stores your raw card details. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your dues on the schedule presented to you when you join. Dues are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails or dues go unpaid, we may suspend or end your membership. We may change the amount of dues with reasonable advance notice; continued membership after a change takes effect means you accept the new amount.

Community Conduct

The community works because members hold themselves to a standard. When using the app or participating in Vossure events, you agree to the following:

Respect other members. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or personal attacks, in the app or at events.
Keep it lawful. Do not use the community to do anything illegal or to promote illegal activity.
No spam or exploitation. Do not spam members, scrape member information, or use the community primarily to sell to or recruit other members.
Protect the community's privacy. Do not share other members' personal information, private conversations, or private community content outside the community without their consent.
Post appropriate content. Do not post content that is unlawful, obscene, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
No impersonation or interference. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may remove content and take action on accounts that violate these standards, up to and including termination of membership.

Your Content

You own the content you post: your messages, photos, videos, application answers, and community posts remain yours. By posting content, you grant Vossure a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the community and its features. This license ends when your content is deleted from the service, except where retention is required by law. You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.

Our Content

The Vossure name, logo, app, website, and all materials we create are owned by Vossure and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and website for your personal, non-commercial use as a member or applicant. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

Termination

You may end your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future dues; dues already paid are not refunded except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these terms, harm the community or its members, fail to pay dues, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the app and access the community ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses needed to wind down the service, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You participate in community events at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vossure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the dues you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice, such as by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
