Privacy Policy

Vossure is a members-only community for men committed to discipline, responsibility, integrity, and personal growth. This policy explains what information we collect through the Vossure mobile app and website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We collect information to run the community, not to sell it. We do not sell member data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

What We Collect

We collect the following information when you apply for membership, use the app, or contact us:

  • Name. Used to identify you as an applicant and member within the community.
  • Email address. Used for your account, membership communication, and support.
  • Phone number. Used for membership communication and coordinating chapter events.
  • Instagram handle and other contact info. Collected during the application process and used to review applications and connect members.
  • Messages. Messages you send through in-app chat are stored so the chat works and your conversation history stays available to you and its recipients.
  • Photos and videos. Media you choose to upload, such as profile photos or content shared with the community.
  • Application answers and community posts. Your membership application responses and any content you post within the community.
  • Customer support data. Information you provide when you contact support, used to resolve your request.
  • User ID. An account identifier that ties your profile, content, and membership together.
  • Device ID. A device identifier used to deliver push notifications to your phone.
  • Purchase history. Records of membership dues and payments so we can manage your membership status.
  • Crash data and performance data. Diagnostic information about app crashes and performance, used to find and fix problems.

Why We Collect It

Everything above is collected for app functionality: running the application process, operating your account, delivering chat and community features, sending notifications you expect, managing membership dues, providing support, and keeping the app stable. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Payments

Membership dues are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe. Vossure never sees or stores your raw card number. We keep records of your purchase history, such as which dues were paid and when, to manage your membership. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Vossure, such as Stripe for payments and the infrastructure that powers the app, and only as needed to provide the service. Content you post in the community is visible to other members as the feature intends. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell member information to anyone.

Retention and Deletion

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or as needed to run the community and meet legal obligations. If you want your account or your data deleted, contact us and we will handle the request.
